Section 1

Abbreviations and initials

(1) The name of this Act is "Remuneration, Service Conditions and Facilities of Officials of Constitutional Bodies Act, 2053".
(2) Sub-section (1) of section 3 of this Act shall be deemed to have commenced from the 1st day of Shravan 2052 and the other sections shall commence immediately.
